Gluline is a Progressive Web App with end-to-end encrypted chats, voice and video calls, encrypted file sharing, and a built-in AI assistant — all behind a minimal, carefully audited cryptographic core.
End-to-End Encryption
ECDH P-256 key exchange, AES-256-GCM with per-message HKDF-SHA256 derivation. Keys never leave your device.
AI Assistant, Honestly
Leading LLMs via an encrypted channel. The server only forwards what you explicitly share — never the contents of your E2EE chats.

We don't say "military grade" or "unbreakable." We list the exact primitives. Audit them, challenge them, bring your own cryptographer.

What the server can and can't see
- Your account identifier (phone or email)
- Sender and recipient IDs, needed to route messages
- Encrypted ciphertext queued for delivery
- Delivery timestamps and message sizes
- Push notification tokens (APNs / FCM)
- AI queries you explicitly send through the assistant
- Message contents, media, file bodies
- Your private keys — only your encrypted blob
- Your password — only its PBKDF2 derivative locally
- Voice and video call streams (P2P WebRTC)
- Your calendar, tasks, notes — stored encrypted
- Contents of E2EE chats, ever, unless you explicitly forward them to the AI assistant
Written in pure modern JavaScript and Python (FastAPI). No bloated dependencies, minimal attack surface.
AI assistant
Smarter, not snoopier.
The assistant uses leading language models through an encrypted channel. It only sees what you choose to share — and you get capabilities far beyond autocomplete.
Multi-chat analysis
Ask "what happened this week?" and get a summary across every conversation you chose to include.
Style-matched replies
Compose messages in your own voice, tuned per-contact — so the draft reads like you wrote it.
Auto-folder sorting
Chats quietly land in Family, Work, Friends — you can rename or reshape the folders any time.
Knowledge graph
Remembers dates, promises, and recommendations from past chats — so the assistant has real context.
Tool calling, with consent
The assistant can draft messages and send them on your behalf — but every send waits on your explicit confirmation.
Yours to turn off
The assistant is opt-in per feature. Disable it entirely and Gluline becomes a pure encrypted messenger.
